Also note FedEx Next Day Air or 2-Day Air does NOT deliver on Saturdays. If you absolutely need an item guaranteed the next day on a Saturday, there will be an additional $15 fee for delivery.
I paid regular price for items; can I exchange them if they do not fit?
Yes, if you would like to exchange the item for a different color or different size call our Customer Service Department to keep the items you would like to exchange for on hold until you send back the return items.
Can I get a refund on SALE items?
No, as it states on our Return/Exchange Policy SALE items are FINAL SALE. We will NOT offer exchanges, store credit, or refund on SALE items.
I did not know I ordered on sale Items, so I sent them back.
As it states in our Return Policy, you are subject to a reship fee because sale items are final sale. Refusal of paying for shipping cost will result in a hold over the items. Please take our Return/Exchange Policy into consideration before sending your returns.
How will I know if Items are on Sale?

Can I get a Refund on an Item I just did not like?
Yes, we can give you an exchange, store credit, or refund on items returned to us in excellent condition within the 15 business day time frame. Shipping cost for exchanges or refunds are your responsibility. We do not provide shipping labels.
I lost the original packaging to the items I want to return.
Return items received without original packaging are subject to a $5.00 fee. Refusal to pay the fee will result in a hold over the items.
Why was my package marked as undeliverable?
If USPS or FedEx cannot ship your package to the address provided, they will send it back to our facility marked as undeliverable. It is your responsibility to put in the correct address. Make sure the address number, street name, zip code, apartment number (if any) is correctly submitted. Packages marked as undeliverable are subject to a reship fee.
Wait I changed my mind; I want to send my order to my work address. Can I change the address even though it is shipped?
If the ship status is “in process” then we can make address changes. However, as soon as the packages have a “shipped” status, it means it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, so we cannot make address changes. We recommend calling the shipment carrier to schedule a pick up from your nearest facility.
Can I make an order in person OR over the phone?
We do not take phone orders or allow orders in person. Our customer service representatives do not take phone orders by any means.
Why does my order say processing?
When an order is in process it means it is getting ready to ship out. If there are issues regarding your payment method or the shipping address is undeliverable, you will be contacted via telephone by one of our representatives.
