    Shipping Policy

    FREE SHIPPING OVER $60

    Spend money to save money! Spend $60 or more and you are eligible to receive free shipping on your order.  Limit one coupon per visit, may not be combined with other coupons. Enter "freeship60". Free standard shipping will take 5 to 14 business days for delivery to US 48 continental states.

    DOMESTIC

    Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service or Federal Express and is based on your purchase total. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

    You may select from standard shipping (5-10 business days), or Expedited options UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day or the following business day if placed on the weekend.

    Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

    Please note for International Orders: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. USPS will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times before marking a package undeliverable

     

    CANADA

    Expedited shipments cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays in customs. Please note the customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    *If you are located outside of the US please make sure to enter your information in the shopping bag on "Estimated Shipping and Tax" so that you may see how much is shipping for your country. Standard shipping for US is completely different for international orders and unfortuantely it is a lot more expensive. If you do not enter your address in the shopping bag it will only change until you do it at check out and the grand total will then be adjusted. Always make sure to check once before placing the order as we are not responsible for customers not checking how much the shipping rate cost before submiting the order. Please also note that because the system only knows where you are located once you put the address it will provide a standard US shipping rate (because that is where we are located) until you provide us your information will it be calculated and updated." 

    Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Foreign orders are usually shipped via USPS and can take 2-4 weeks to receive. Please note that some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately

    applies to orders with large quantities of boots and shoes. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to California.

    Refused Packages

    If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of Service’ as detailed on UPS.com

    Refunds

    If you are returning an item for a refund or a store credit please note that you will only be credited/refunded for the item(s). We do not refund nor do we reimburse for shipping costs under any circumstance. As stated in our Policy & FAQ’s you are responsible for the cost of shipping a return to us. Orders that were placed using a promo code will only be credited refunded for the discount price that was paid, and not the original item price. Orders that were placed using the “Free Ship” promo will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost.

    Different Billing and Shipping Address

    As a precautionary measure with all customers placing an order with a different billing and shipping addresses, the order will be held and sent over to our verification department who will contact you via telephone immediately. This may cause a delay in the shipment of the order of 1-3 business days. To avoid the delay on order shipments we encourage customers to place the order using the same billing and shipping address, or by paying via Pay-pal. 

    PO Boxes

    Orders with multiple items such as 2 pairs of shoes (or more) cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You will be contacted via telephone by a customer service representative to provide a physical address where the order may be shipped to.
